Orders can be picked up daily, from 8.30-5.30. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 Miles radius from the centre of Leeds. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12.00 during store hours 8.30am-5.30 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Royal Mail's delivery standard is 1 - 3 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £5.95 applies to orders shipping to UK Optional: We do not ship outside of UK at this time.
We offer free next day delivery (subject to stock) on all orders over £50.00 Ex VAT. Under £50, A Delivery charge is applied at checkout.
Outside of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland may be subject to a surcharge. Which will be calculated at the checkout.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £5.95 flat rate shipping to uk
free shipping for orders over £50 Ex Vat.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at richard@directautoelectrics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
